Bog and Barren is a collaboration between head brewer Einar Holtet, and Chef Jeremy Charles. This imperial bakeapple gose is brewed with sea salt from Bonavista and bake apples from Labrador. The result is a complex sour with a salt and bake apple tartness. It’s a truly one of a kind beer like nothing you’ve ever tasted before.
