What does Regulatory Services do?

• Administrating Liquor Control Act, Liquor Licensing Regulations and the Smoke-Free Environment Act in licensed establishments;
• Recommendations on legislation and policy matters concerning licensing and enforcement issues;
• Issuing licenses to applicants who have met all requirements;
• Ensuring that anyone who holds a liquor license is meeting all of the terms and conditions of their license.
