ISG Courses

For those consumers who desire a more in-depth knowledge of wines, the International Sommelier Guild (ISG) offers Level 1 and Level 2 wine courses at NLC facilities led by a certified sommelier who is also the Senior Product Knowledge Consultant with NLC.

Wine Fundamentals Certificate
Level 1 (WFCL1)  

In partnership with the International Sommelier Guild (ISG), NLC is pleased to offer Wine Fundamentals Certificate Level 1 (WFCL1). This introductory course is designed for the novice wine enthusiast. The goal is for you to gain an appreciation for all types of wines and feel confident and comfortable when selecting and buying wine. This course is great for those building on an existing career in hospitality, or enhancing the enjoyment of wines.
