Liquor Express Sales Specialist/Business Development

As a member of the Sales and Operations department, this position is responsible for the following:
  • Executes and coordinates the Liquor Express application and selection program;
  • Creates, analyzes, monitors and coordinates reports and key information essential to achieving Liquor Express sales targets;
  • Develops and analyzes information including sales reports for Corporate Stores and Liquor Express outlets to identify areas for growth and opportunities;
  • Organizes and updates various reports and confidential documents to maintain information for research and planning to improve coordination and efficiencies;
  • Complies Corporate store, Liquor Express and Store Operations department reports to facilitate the annual fiscal budget process;
  • Administers conference/webex meetings, prepares agendas, handles general inquiries, processes invoices and other related administrative duties;
  • Controls inventory of supplies for Corporate Stores including promotional supplies;
  • Prints and distributes Liquor Express shelf labels as required;
  • Assists with planning, organizing and executing annual seminars and meetings for the Store Operations group which includes preparing presentations/information and making the necessary travel and accommodation arrangements.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree in business or equivalent;
  • Minimum Two (2) years of experience;
  • Knowledge of business and retail principles;
  • Analytical and time management skills;
  • Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite with a focus on advanced Excel proficiency;
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) software;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Salary: CG 27: $44,986.50 - $49,783.50 (Under Review)
